Female, American, singer and sctress on the silver screen. Having received her first starring role as a teenager she very quickly shot to fame appearing in many films after that and will often film all day and then party all night and somehow manage to stay awake for it all. Looking young means she's often cast in parts that are younger which she hates and longs to be treated like an adult because of this she tends to act out, has had several high-profile love affairs and developed a bit of a reputation for herself as being a bit of diva and party girl. She's constantly seen with some form of drink in her hand.

Female, Belgian, an 18-year-old who was training to be a ballerina, but has been struggling to pay the fees. Originally from a very wealthy family, but their fortune was lost during WWII due to their anti-Nazi beliefs. She narrowly escaped being sent away by fleeing the country and coming to England instead. Now she hopes to make it in movies or on the stage in order to save her family and buy back their family home.

Male, British, director who specialises in thriller and horror films. He began his movie career shortly after the First War where he worked on a few silent films in different smaller jobs before working up to being a director. He moved to Hollywood in the 1920s and would often be seen at lavish parties. He became very overweight. A health scare made him more wary and now, he has become a bit of a health nut, often imposing strict diets on his cast and crew and gaining a reputation for being a bit of a bully.

Male, an American actor who achieved great success in Hollywood. He does a lot for charity and is a champion of equal rights, but he's not afraid to tell the world about all the good deeds he's done. On top of that, he's good looking and knows it, and has a reputation for being a bit of a ladies man. When the war started, he joined the fight as a pilot and received medals and honours for it, which of course only added to his confidence in himself. He's very conceited and cocky, a massive flirt with very little thought about the consequences of his actions and the broken hearts he leaves along the way.

Male, American actor. He achieved great success as a child actor and became a household name. In fact, there was a time where he was one of the richest children in Hollywood, however once he reached adolescence, he started having less success and during the war no one had money to spare on hiring him. He finished school and has been fighting his way through auditions to no avail ever since. Now at 18 years old, he hasn't acted in anything major and has given up. He spends what's left of his money on partying and spends his days at the bar telling people how he was a great success as a child, but now there are people that don't even know who he is.

American, comedian, singer and actor. As a child, they aspired to be an actor but fell in with the wrong crowd and nearly landed in trouble. They were sent to a drama school in another state to get away from the troublemakers. Here, they were told they'd never amount to anything. They moved to Hollywood determined to prove everyone wrong. They're stubborn and independent, if you tell them not to do something then they'll definitely do it. They have a reputation for speaking up and speaking out. This means finding work is difficult sometimes as they never really fitted with Hollywood's idea of the 'silent star'. They've been rejected a lot and have yet to achieve "stardom" but will always get back up and try again. They've managed to make a name for themselves by being stubborn, opinionated, and often sarcastic.

They're the Chief of Staff at Winchester Manor in London. They were brought over from America having worked in Lord Winchester's Mansion over there too. They oversee the running of the household. They're very friendly and very helpful, and will do anything that's asked of them and because they're so friendly everyone feels comfortable talking to them. This is a useful skill because it means they've learnt everyone's secrets. Winchester often uses them to spy on his High-Profile guests and see what they can learn.

Male, a retired Private Investigator, from Belgium, he moved to England before WWI and made quite a name for himself as one of the best in the business. He's worked on cases all across Europe reaching celebrity status in the 1930s. After he retired, he travelled the world a lot and is a frequent guest at High Society events. Super smart, rather obsessive, refuses to let things go, wears a spotless matching suit and spats. He hates anything to be even slightly out of order, comments on every speck of dust he sees and will straighten up pictures, statues, anything that's not perfectly straight and organised.

Female, No one really knows where she came from but she's very observant, with an interest in crime. She's very good at finding clues that other people have missed. She's reasonably well off, a known philanthropist who gives to a lot to charities and is on the board of several "charitable" groups. Before the war, she trained young girls with no family or fortune to work as domestics so they could support themselves. She's unmarried, has no time or need for a man. In fact, she'd rather not deal with them at all. They always underestimate her.

Female, famous author. She specialises in crime novels and is known worldwide for her mystery novels. She's quite sarcastic and very independent and won't put up with people's nonsense. The success of her novels is down to the fact that she travels a lot, observes behaviour very well and puts her own experiences into her novels. Her eccentric personality means that she can appeal to most people especially men of all ages. She can make them feel wanted, although in truth, she doesn't need anyone.

Male, a young soldier who served under Winchester during the war. Winchester never went to battle but would keep an eye on things from his luxury apartment. Winchester would ask him to spy on the others and report back to him if there was anything going on. He was always very good at finding out people's secrets and snitching on anyone breaking the rules. When the war ended, Winchester hired him as his secretary to do the same thing at his home.

Male. He was a doctor during the war and now works as Winchester's butler. He's very British, in fact a bit too British sometimes. It sounds forced and occasionally he slips up. When he does, he will try and cover it with medical jargon, often made up and confuse people. He has quite a bit of knowledge about military tactics and different weapons making it seem like he was involved, but when asked about the war, he doesn't seem to have a very clear idea about where he was or what he was doing and the story changes every time.

Female originally from Austria, her family ran a newspaper that reported on the events that led up to the start of the war. When German soldiers captured and killed her brothers, she decided to turn spy for the British military. Her specialist skills involved seducing high ranking German officers, learning their secrets and passing them back to the British military. She's sassy and smart and can hold her own against a man if he starts to get too frisky. Now the war is over, she works for one of London's top newspapers as a gossip columnist. She attends big parties, using similar tactics she used in the war to learn secrets and report on them.

Male, British military man who claims that he fought in both wars and was the youngest officer to reach the rank of Colonel. He wears an eye patch and loves to tell the tale of how he lost his eye. The story changes each time he tells it, but it's entertaining for people. He's very wealthy, having made his fortune in the war and how he got so rich is also a story that changes every time he tells it. No one really knows the truth about him, each time he's called out on lies or dates don't match up, he feigns memory loss from an accident that happened while he was fighting. He's not seen much war, he was injured while on a mission with another officer who perished. He spent the rest of the war in a hospital in neutral territory. He's not even a real Colonel, the real Colonel died in the accident and he swapped their uniforms and assumed his identity.

British, weapons expert, specialising in rifles and other firearms. Their mother left them at an orphanage when they were a baby. As a youngster, they caused a few problems from setting curtains on fire to blowing up sheds. At 16, they tried to enlist in the army, but was too young. However, the recruiters could see their potential and one of the senior officers adopted them. They spent the first few years of the war at their home in the country where they perfected their art and then joined the war towards the end where their weapon development skills contributed to the war effort.

Male, American soldier. He's not a bad person but his attitude can come across as misogynistic. He's the poster boy for the all-American military guy. He may not the smartest person in the room, but he can follow orders, hold a gun, punch an enemy, and drive a tank, which is all a soldier needs to do. He's a big guy who spends every moment he can in the gym. He can be very loud and has a huge… ego. He believes he single handedly won the war for America, but he only knows how to fight and fu… have fun. After the war, he struggled to find work and took the first job he was offered, bodyguard.

An American who builds and repairs ships. They are little and quiet, they're able to move silently around ships and fix most problems. Being invisible means that they know everyone's secrets. Working on a lot of military ships meant that they've also picked up on a lot of military secrets. Due to this fact, they were often a target of the enemy who hoped to capture them and learn what they do. They spent most of the war trying to avoid this, they're nervous and jumpy, easily startled by doors slamming and people sneaking up on them. They believe that everyone is out to get them and trust no one.

Female, British, mathematician. She's really smart and understands computer programs and codes. She's the smartest person in the room, she knows it, but she is constantly having to prove herself to people. No one believes a woman can do the things she can. She's responsible for creating things that basically saved the army. One could say she single handedly won the war, but of course, no one would believe that. Men are the cause of most of her problems and she believes that women should rule the country, at least things would get sorted out then. She's so sick of being patted on the head and told to go make a coffee. In fact, if anyone says that to her again, she's likely to throw the coffee right in their face, or crotch.

Gender Neutral, British, they worked as a pilot during the war. They have a reputation for never missing their target. That goes for everyday life too. They're from a good family, incredibly good looking and enjoys flirting and partying when they're not on active duty. They're smooth, confident and sexy with just as many notches on their bedpost as planes they've knocked out of the sky. They can seduce a partner just as easily as they can subdue an enemy.

Female, British politician wife. She loves bulldogs, will talk about them constantly and is very traditional and old fashioned. She hates anything vulgar or “modern” and thinks these Hollywood celebrities that show too much skin should burn in hell. Her husband is very high up in British Government and because of that she’s expected to appear at social gatherings, parties, movie premiers, formal dinners etc. Sometimes with him, but if he’s busy then she’s expected to go alone to charm the guests she actually hates just to make sure her husband keeps getting their votes.
