Male. He is the current boss of the North Pole and is therefore responsible for delivering the presents each year, as well as organising the elf workforce and making sure that all the presents get made to a certain standard. He monitors children's behaviour, which often reflects what they get for Christmas. He's been doing the job for many years and feels like he's the most capable. Some people think it's time he retired, but he's not quite ready to yet.

Female and the current Mrs. of the North Pole, married to Santa, she enjoys baking and singing and is responsible for the wellbeing of the elves and the reindeer. She's a very formidable woman who has a deep passion for the North Pole and the workshop and wishes to see it succeed. However, after doing the job for many years, she feels rather tired and careworn now and is quite ready for retirement.

Is the head of the design team that creates the new toy concepts. They come up with the ideas and then check with the specific field experts if it's possible to make them and amend them if necessary. Once the plans are complete, it's possible to make them. They head up the creative team and draw up the final blueprints of toys that can then be inputted into the system.

Helps Mrs. Klaus tend to the reindeer. They feed, brush, raise, and train them up, ready to pull Santa's sleigh. Working mostly outside the workshop, the other elves look down on them and don't really take them seriously. They're actually quite creative people who dream of doing more than just working in a stable.

Male. He is the head elf at the workshop. He's basically in charge of running the workshop and overseeing all the different departments. He works closely with the Board of Directors and makes sure everyone is pulling their weight. He spends a lot of time in the office, organising the paperwork. He's a pen pusher, a bit of a dweeb, and likes to do everything by the book.

Female. She works in the kitchens of the workshop with Mrs Klaus. Her main job is making baked goods, including sandwiches, cakes, sweet treats, and sticky pudding. She often goes around the workshop in the mornings and takes peoples' food orders which she then brings at lunchtime. She tries to be cheerful and friendly to everyone and keeps a warm heart. Still, she's often talked down to and overlooked, especially during stressful times. Sometimes people are rude to her if the kitchen doesn't have exactly what they want and get even worse with her when she tries to stand up for herself. Recently she's got into a few heated arguments because she's a bit fed up with peoples' rudeness.

Male. He works in the mail room, sorting through all the letters, lists, and wishes sent to Santa over the year. It's his job to organise them into categories, so the workshop elves know how many of each toy will be needed per city. His job is much more complicated than simply working in the mail room, but no one seems to realise that. Children would get very upset if they received the wrong toy, so a lot of pressure is put on him. He has to do it right, so he tries to be precise and organised. The job is stressful, and he is starting to feel the pressure.

Female, they oversee everything that goes on in the tech department. This includes making all the electronic devices people want and all the fun robotic stuff that's all the rage now. She's also responsible for negotiating with the designers and making sure their designs are possible to make. If a design has flaws in it that make it impractical or unsafe then it's her job to help them edit the design to make it possible to achieve. She's super smart, confident in her own intellect and has no patience for idiots who don't listen to her.

They manage the workshop floor, so it's their job to oversee the production side of things, whereas the head elf focuses more on paperwork in the office. They're in charge of all the different toy makers and their departments. They've been here as long as anyone can remember. They know this place inside out and are quite ready to retire now and pass the job on to someone else as they're tired of it all now.

Male. He works as one of the carpenters. Their department specialises in creating intricate, more traditional wood based toys and items, clocks, music boxes, hand painted trains etc. It's an art form and a skill that's underappreciated. He's against technology and thinks it destroys the magic of Christmas.

Female. Works as a doll maker. They create a range of different dolls for children, rag dolls, porcelain dolls, barbie dolls, and all kinds of dolls. They build and paint them, making each individual. Cute, friendly and smiley most of the time, a bit upset that children don’t want dolls as much anymore.

Male. He drives the workshop train. His job is to take items from one side of the workroom to the other on a miniature train track. These include completed toys, packaging, paper, materials anything that's needed. He's charming, rugged and good-looking, knows it and flirts with everyone. All the elf women have spent some time with him, even some of the elf men and his reputation for being a flirt and a player is known throughout the workshop. That doesn't seem to stop him, though.

Female. She is the head cleaner at the workshop. She makes sure all floors, bathrooms, and other communal areas are spotlessly clean and that overalls, lab coats and other clothing are washed and cleaned. They're usually the first to start the day and the last to finish the day, and one of the lowest paid. Everyone treats cleaners poorly, but they don't know how many problems they'd have without them. She hopes to show them how much she's needed one day.

Male. Santa's nephew. He's meant to take over when Santa eventually retires, but he has no interest in the job. He would much rather be out partying than taking on any form of responsibility, but his aunt is adamant that he pulls himself together and step up and take responsibility. He's arrogant, selfish and thinks far too much of himself, he loves to dance, party and flirt and show off that his uncle is the Santa Klaus, even though he doesn't care for the job.

Female. Santa's sister. She has always been a little bit of a troublemaker, "the problem child," and because of that, she's always been overlooked when it comes to important jobs. She wants to cause trouble at the North Pole to get back at her brother (Santa), who has always been favourite child. She's bitter and angry and loves nothing more than causing chaos for her brother and his followers. She's cold-hearted and manipulative, able to stir up malcontent and convince people to turn on each other.

Female. A fairy godmother, the Christmas Board representative. She monitors the progress Santa and his workshop make. She has the final say on whether Santa is fit for the job anymore and whether he needs to be replaced or not. She's been called to the party tonight because people have been calling for Santa to retire, and she's here to investigate.

Male. He is responsible for fixing the machines when they break down and making sure everything is running smoothly. He's the one who has to keep the generators running, fix the electrics, check the boilers and fix anything that gets broken. There is an endless list of jobs to do, and it's very tiring. He's smart, resourceful, tech-savvy and as skilled, if not more so, than the elves in the tech department, but he's paid a lot less than them because he's just the maintenance guy. Over the years, he's become quite grumpy and snappy if people interrupt him and has had a few altercations with people, but it's because he's just had enough. People that treat him better get better responses from him.

Female. A designer who runs the fashion department. She makes clothes for all shapes and sizes in all lengths and colours. She makes copies of all the latest styles celebrities wear to make everyone feel pretty. She is very keen on looks and aesthetics and detests anything that is ugly or dull. She doesn't like the new tech kids seem to want these days. She wants the world to focus on fashion.

They make the soft toys, which can include huge cuddly bears, intricately detailed animals and fuzzy monsters that children like to fill their rooms with. They will give them hearts and voices and make them cute, loveable, and sometimes terrifying. It depends on what the child wants. They believe that nothing beats the more traditional toys, trains, dolls, teddies etc. Has never really been a big fan of modern technology, as it takes the magic away from Christmas a little bit. Imagination works better when you have a cuddly toy.

Has been working as an apprentice for a while now. They've worked in all the different departments and have a good knowledge of the entire workshop, but they have yet to find the area they fit into most. However, they've developed a lot of skills and could take over any job, but they just haven't been given a chance yet. They're hard-working and loyal to the company but are starting to feel a little undervalued and disgruntled.
