Fantastic night the only tip I would give is use lower case letters as we ended up with 2 murderes due to pulling out H or was it a capital I, so much fun though
Loved the 80s theme and setting. Inspector gadget script was a blast and acted by our very own detective Dave. It was like going back to our hey days as teenagers. Highly recommend this especially if you grew up in the 80s

A lot of fun - even for the host!
It was so fun but super hard! I have no idea how we were supposed to know who the murderer was. However, my friends and I had a great time.
We received all 5* reviews even tho 80s food is hardly culinary! Sooooo fun! Had over 50% never do a murder mystery and they were nervous and after said how they can’t wait to do this again! Thx so much! Hilarious screenplay to enact!
This was such a fun night with good friends. All took a lot of interest in our characters. The food was awesome! 80’s menu; pizza rolls, man-which (which I always calling it mam-which!), tuna noodle casserole and pac man cupcakes. Going to do the trailer trash mystery camping this summer! Thanks for the fun time!
This was a lot of fun. The guide was easy to follow. It was very costly to print out all the packets though. The guide does say the host or an assistant needs to know who the killer is. We did it without someone knowing. We did not pre assign letters and it was a blind Pull. Everyone knew if they forgot their letter they messed up the game for everyone.

We had a very fun 80's themed Murder Mystery New Year's eve party. We had over 20 characters and included our children, even some sharing characters. Everyone had a great time! The game took approximately 2-3 hours and all the gusts came in character and ready to play. Only one person figured out the murderer! This is our second time doing a themed New Year's Eve Party, I think it's a tradition now! We will absolutely be choosing another theme next year

Es war ein sehr lustiger Abend voller krimineller Energie ;) Wir hatten viel Spaß den Mörder zu finden und in die Rollen einzutauchen ;) Außerdem finde ich es äußerst praktisch, dass man das Spiel mehrfach spielen kann.

Our group of eight played the 20s themed Jazz, Gin, Money and Murder version With eight characters. Everyone was dressed in and in character. It’s extremely helpful to review your digital documents, and print the game guide and evidence sheets. I used my iPad for the videos in each round and for the evidence and closing statements. A little bit of pre-work goes a long way toward making your game go smoothly.

The 80s theme made it a great night for dressing up and the scripts were fun and easy to deliver. No one guessed the murderer though correctly but that may be down to the cocktails! Would definitely do one again and everyone had a great night!

Eine tolle Motto Idee für Silvester
Es war ein sehr lustiger Abend. Wir waren 16 Spieler im Alter von 11 bis 63 und ein Spielleiter, bis auf eine Person alle unerfahren in solchen Szenarien. Alle waren top verkleidet und haben sich ins Zeug gelegt, vor allem bei der Gerüchte-Runde. Etwas mühsam war die Menge an Text, die immer wieder zu lesen war. Aber Spaß gemacht hat es auf jeden Fall! Am Ende lagen manche daneben, andere richtig, so dass der Täter entlarvt werden konnte. Ich kann das Spiel empfehlen!!!

I go to a retreat every year for moms who have kids with Down syndrome. I usually find a haunted pub crawl in the town we are in but this year it was pretty remote so a couple of us said that we should keep it spooky with a murder mystery party. We had SO MUCH FUN! The script was a blast, everyone came in character and costume, and the game was mysterious enough that the person running it all was also playing! I cannot recommend this game enough!
What an amazing experience! The package was perfect and everyone loved the 80s theme. Both adults and kids alike enjoyed the party. The links on the website helped me with decor and food ideas. Such fun. Highly recommend!
After some initial downloading issues, which were eventually sorted I managed to download several files for the up to 14 people game. We played the 80’s murder mystery for 9 of us, we all got into character, with some slight personal tweaks on the costumes. It was a fabulous evening and despite some confusion on what to read, play, listen at the various stages, we all had an amazing time, Just to point out some of the character files were differently laid out, again this created some delays in everyone finding the details needed, especially when alcohol was involved! However despite all the above the evening was a success. We got well into the 80’s theme with decorations and music too. I would recommend having less separate files for the host and labelling them a little clearer. We played the game without any player, other than the murderer knowing who they were, even the host does not have to know. Great game and having played will be a lot easier to use again.
