The Romanage International company office, just south of London, is throwing its annual “Ugly Sweater” lunch for employees, clients and vendors. It’s going about the same as any daytime office party with no alcohol—dull and quiet, with everyone on their best behaviour.
Then a scream rings out—the company president, Mike Romanage himself, has been found dead in the copy room. His head was bashed in as he bent over the glass of the old-fashioned copier. Unfortunately, the body collapsed onto the “Print” button, so hundreds of copies of his astonished face are flying around the room.
The guests, mingling uneasily among the cubicles, are abuzz with questions. What was Mike Romanage copying? Who’s in charge here? When can we go home? And most importantly—whodunit? Could it have been YOU?

First murder mystery we have done and it was amazing. My friends got dressed up in their jumpers, I got them name badges, notepads and pens, and they were off.
They didn't get the murder in the end, but was a great laugh and will have to do another one soon!

What a wonderful way to spend Christmas with family we all had an amazing time. We did secret Santa ugly sweater. Murder mystery best Christmas we’ve had in a very long time. Game was easy to follow. Everybody played along.
From the anticipation of not knowing what to expect, to letting the killer roam the streets to kill again…Everyone of us had a great time!! Each player diving in to the characters persona made the night fun, which challenged and inspired everyone else to do the same. Its fun to be silly…Dance like no one’s watching…
We had a blast!! We laughed so hard we cried. We did not figure out the killer though! Our ONLY complaint would be, that the responses for being innocent are too vague/similar to being guilty.
But otherwise it was amazing and I would recommend! Will definitely be doing another one in the future.
We had a lot of fun with this Christmas theme murder party! It was perfect to celebrate Christmas with a bunch of friends and having dinner and fun at the same time! I wanted to be part of the game, so as soon as my guests arrived, I gave them a letter that they had to keep for themselves and secret. Then, later during the donner we randomly picked a letter to choose the murderer.
We will definitely do it again!
16 players. No one guessed the murderer but everyone had fun. Since we had several characters who were absent from the mandatory party, I provided a holiday bonus (gifts) for all attendees—things like candles, holiday napkins, holiday coffee mugs.

Loved it! First time for me to host and participate. Held it for husbands belated birthday so all could join over the holiday. Age range 16-78… many had never done one. I don’t want to say it was easy. I was nervous to host and nervous how this would all play out, but all were willing to learn and play. After it was said and done, I did not stop hearing how much fun the game was and the thrill that EVERYONE got to participate, not just a few.
And everyone had used /attempted accents for their characters, which was just a hoot. The rumors they spread and suspicion they made were great! Lots of laughs throughout and improvising.
While I know I don’t have anything to compare this to, I cannot express how amazing this was and how it l turned out.

I used this Murder Mystery game at a Lions Club Christmas party. Members of all ages enjoyed the game. Set-up was easy. It was a lot to print all of the character books for 20 different characters. It would be great if there was an easier way to send digital versions to each character. Would purchase again.
This is part of my Red Hat group. These gals played the part and brought props. We laughed all night and afterwards whenever we get together. It’s the most fun we have had in a long time!!!
We all were able to play this ugly sweater office mystery murder game on Christmas night! My 10 year olds rocked it and so did the 3 teens and adults and young adults and especially us senior citizens (grandma and grandpa).We all played our parts! I read the rules early before they arrived and I sent them their scripts to their phones for them to have access to early and who they were playing and I requested they wear an ugly sweater. This was great fun and something we all could do together!
We had a great time. I wasn't sure how the rumor was going to work when we all had the same rumor....then I discovered as we started the round, that there were different rumors for the same person....just being discussed from other characters!!! We worked it into a more "mingling" type of venue to fit our players style a little differently, but other than that it went very well.
This is our 2nd murder mystery package. We've had so much fun with these! We've used them for my daughter's birthday with all her friends, along with a Christmas party with our family. Al the materials are easy to use, straightforward, and think of everything. We love them and will be buying more in the future!
he organization and setup were a bit complicated for us. It took some time to prepare everything properly before we could really start playing. At times, it felt a little cumbersome and could have been more intuitive.
However, once we got past that initial hurdle, we had a lot of fun! What we especially liked were the many different combination possibilities – it feels like you can try new approaches each time you play, which keeps the experience exciting and varied.
The audio and visuals are also very well done. They really enhance the atmosphere and make the game much more immersive. You can tell that a lot of attention was paid to detail.
Overall, we had a very entertaining evening and will definitely play it again. A clear recommendation with minor deductions for the organization – that’s why we’re giving it 4 out of 5 stars.

Pretty good, it listed all 20 characters when we had the packet for 4-8, so that was a little confusing at first. Also, once the person knows that they’re the murderer after round two then they can’t guess at the end. But overall it was fun.
I ordered this for a fun, small holiday party, and it was a good time. The only issue I had was with the design of the printouts. I'm a graphic designer, so I'm a bit picky when it comes to this, but I didn't like that you had to go to the end of a section to know what questions you're supposed to be asking. It was just easy to miss it and be unsure about what you should do.
I got the digital package and got the booklets printed out at my local printer.

We had a great time for my husbands 40th birthday. It took me a little to wrap my head around it but once I had it was straight forward and our friends had a total blast. We invited some friends new to the area whom English is a second language for and they really appreciated it also saying it helped them to feel connected and included in a social situation for the first time all year!

This is an excellent murder mystery game that we used at our team meeting.
It was really easy to understand how to run it, great fun allocating the characters and preparing.
The session itself was interactive, easy to know who does what and the audio recordings made it more fun.
There were 10 of us and it took about 2 hours, however we could have had longer discussions and made it longer.
One person guessed the correct murderer!
I enjoyed the game very much and the replay ability is amazing. I will be buying more in the future. A few suggestions
- remove pages that are social media plugs. Change pages that are black boxes w white text. Optimize page layouts so they use space more efficiently. I would appreciate using less ink and paper.
- hide the alternate scripts so people can’t read both of them during a single play through
- I purchased the 8 player. I would like to buy more characters rather than buying a completely new game

This was a lot of fun. Because of the game type setup it was easier for many people to play for the first time rather than memorize a character. My only complaint would be that it was almost impossible to determine the killer. It was very fun that it was random and could be any of us, but the clues for innocent and guilty were different by only word. We worked as a team and still didn't figure it out.
